For international orders, please contact us directly at info@norquayco.com to place your order. Note: Some countries may apply additional import fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
In-Stock Paddles
For all in-stock paddles, please allow 3–5 business days from the date your order is placed for processing and shipping. Orders are typically shipped on Fridays via UPS, DHL, or Canada Post. Shipping fees and any applicable sales tax will be added to your final payment.
Pre-order Paddles
All paddles are made-to-order, so please allow 6-10 weeks from the date your order is placed for production, processing and shipping. Orders are typically shipped on Fridays via UPS, DHL, or Canada Post. Shipping fees and any applicable sales tax will be added to your final payment.
Local Pick-up
If you live in Toronto, or are going to be in the area, we can arrange for a local pick-up and waive any shipping and handling fees. Please email us at info@norquayco.com.
Return Policy
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process any returns or exchanges after this period.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged (free from scratches, chips, dents, wood splits, paint removal, scuffs, discolouration, breaks, etc.), and in the same condition as when you received it.

It must be returned in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
